It's shaped by real experience; mine, and my clients'.

I'm Nikki Stein, and my work focuses on inflammatory skin because I've seen first hand how misunderstood it is. Acne, rosacea, pigmentation and reactive skin aren't just surface issues- they're often signs the skin (and body) are under stress.

Over time, I've learned that pushing skin harder rarely works.

  • Hi, I'm Nikki, the founder of Solace Skin Haus and a lifelong skin devotee.

    I began my career as a beauty therapist in 2007 and spent many years working hands-on with skin, eventually specialising in treatment-based skin care across medi-spas, laser clinics and dermatology settings. I loved the industry, and still do - because helping someone feel confident in their skin is deeply rewarding.

    But over time, I noticed something missing.

    Results weren't lasting. Skin concerns kept returning. And too often, skin was being pushed instead of supported.

    Around the same time, I began my own journey with acne and rosacea. That experience changed everything. It taught me that inflamed skin is rarely just a surface issue, and that lasting results often come from looking deeper and slowing down.

    That's when I shifted toward a more holistic, skin-barrier-first approach; blending science-based skincare with internal and lifestyle support. The results, both personally and professionally, were profound.

    Solace Skin Haus was created as a space for calm, considered skin care. A place where treatments are chosen with intention, advice is honest and simple, and education empowers you to understand your skin, not fear it.

    I believe skin heals best when it feels safe, supported and understood. That belief shapes everything I do here.
