It’s important we give our clients our full attention during treatments, therefore we do not have a studio phone, so email is the best way to get in touch with us for any enquiries.

POLICIES

  • We do not accept walk-ins. Please use the contact form for any enquiries or if you wish to organize a time to purchase products or vouchers onsite, you can book a ‘Product or Gift Voucher appointment’ via our online booking system.

  • Please try to come alone to your appointment. The studio is not suitable for children and treatments are more enjoyable when alone. Sleeping babys in a pram are welcome, please advise ahead of your appointment.

    Please arrive at the time of your appointment, and understand if late, this will cut into your treatment time or may need to be rescheduled.

    If you are early, please feel free to wait in the waiting area.

  • Eftpos & Cash payments are accepted. Please note we do not hold cash on site so please bring the correct amount, as change may not be available. In the event of Eftpos being down, a direct transfer can be made.

  • Please understand we book by appointment only and require 24 hours notice if needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Confirmation txt’s go out 48hrs prior and a reminder txt 24hrs prior. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will incur a flat rate fee of $50.
