16.9mg of d-alpha-Tocopherol (Vitamin E): equivalent to 25IU natural Vitamin ESustainably sourced from deep sea fish, including sardines, anchovies and whitebaits.
DOSAGE
Take 1-4 capsules daily, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. One capsule provides daily requirements of EFA for a healthy person with no deficiencies. Four capsules is the higher end of supplementation, suitable for those with dry skin, fatigue, impaired skin barrier function and other skin and health conditions which would increase the need for essential fatty acids.
Caution: As fish oil has a blood thinning action, caution is required in high doses (4 or more capsules daily), and in patients currently on anticoagulant medications. Supplementation should be ceased 7 days prior to surgery and iron infusions.
